Great location. Right beside the leaning tower. Staff were friendly enough. We arrived about a half an hour before check in time and we were told there was no possibility to check in until allocated time as that was that. We did not have breakfast so can't comment. The hotel is dated and could do with some upgrades esp for the price paid.

The staff at the hotel are lovely - very kind, hospitable, and generous, with great recommendations. The coffee at breakfast was excellent. Everything was very very clean.

great location, the hotel is 150m from the Miracle Square and the tower, you can see it from the windows of some rooms as well as from the dining room. the room is clean and cozy, in a retro style. in the bathroom soap and shampoo, hairdryer. the service is nice, friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious, 2 types of cold cuts, 2 types of cheese, hard-boiled eggs, yogurts, croissants, fruits, jams, juices, Nutella, cereals and milk. delicious coffee. the towels smelled nice. it is hard to find parking nearby, so if you do not intend to go anywhere further, it is best to move around on foot, (everything is close) and to the airport take a taxi (8 min, 4.6 km). we got a room with a balcony and a view of the tower and the baptistery, I rate the stay as very successful. in other reviews there is often a comment that the hotel is old, needs renovation and the bathrooms are small. It's true that it has seen its best years, but it has a great style and the whole thing is cozy and consistent, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and that's the most important thing.

The hotel room is a bit old which I knew, however, the most important thing was that the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean, with clean towels. The location was exceptional, only 30 seconds away from the Leaning Tower.

Great location near the leaning tower, could see from our bedroom window. (did ask for a room with a view) Close to lots of restaurants. Quiet at nighttime. Easy to get taxi to or from station/airport Breakfast adequate

Hotel is very close to the Tower, breakfast was great, best coffee we have had and the room was quite large with a nice balcony.
