Older hotel in a great location near the station and easy walking distance to the tower and cathedral. Generous breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Plenty of English spoken.

The hotel is an excellent three star hotel and the staff are fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with a personal issue that we had. The breakfast was delicious and extensive and the location near the railway station is perfect for either access to Pisa or day trips to Florence or Lucca. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, 5 minutes in a taxi from airport and 2 minute walk to train station. Very friendly staff, both at reception and waiting staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean with lovely quality bedding and towels which were changed daily. The breakfast choice was fantastic with a great selection of hot food, fruit, cakes, yoghurts etc. I think the hotel offers excellent value for money and would highly recommend it. We visited Florence, Lucca and Viareggio all by train with ease and were able to walk to the Tower of Pisa within 20 minutes.
