Really helpful and friendly owners/staff. They were available on WhatsApp and answered our questions quickly and efficiently. Comfortable room, nice and spacious, really good shower.Excellent location, everything we needed was within walking distance

The staff were amazingly helpful in organising a taxi from and to the airport. Also very accommodating when wanting to change rooms.

Everything was very clean and tidy. The room had what we needed for the stay that we wanted. We were very happy to have the AC unit in our room to cool us down. The owners and family were lovely. The lady who checked us in spoke a tiny bit of English. We understood by hand gestures and the odd word of English. Thee location is a walk from the station, but super closet the centre of Pisa. We liked that it was quieter and only a couple of extra minutes. The restaurants around the guesthouse were better than the ones close to the attractions.

It was only a few minutes' walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There were lots of restaurants on the doorstep. The room was newly decorated and spacious, and the bathroom had a big shower. The owner made us feel very welcome. His recommendations for places to eat out were good. The train station is an easy 15 - 20-minute walk away depending on your fitness levels. We would most definitely stay here again.

Really clean, great location, lovely decor and friendly helpful staff. Water on arrival was very much appreciated. Felt very safe and secure. Bathroom was lovely.
