The location is fantastic, where is very near the tower. so we came to the tower park very early in the morning when the crowd has not arrived yet. The room is also nice for sleeping.

Nicole was so nice and helpful! Ordered us a taxi to the airport, gave us some advice for exploring the city and region and was there when we needed anything, really. The location is also awesome, just a 2 minute walk to the Tower and the city centre. We loved everything, it was nice and clean!

Awesome stay! Perfect location ( only 2 min from Pisa tower) The host was very pleasant, and explained all the necessary information. Bed was super comfortable . Also, we loved the rabbits and turtles 🐇🐇🐇🐰🐰🐰

Perfect location. Place is right at a city centre by the tower. Good air conditioning everywhere, big kitchen where you can find everything. Nicole was a very lice lady, gave advice of what to see or where to eat. An informative letter before coming is a great help finding the way from the airport to the hotel.

The staff was superb. Location great and the place was super clean. Air conditioning very reasonable. And most importantly turtles in the backyard. 😁

Very comfortable place to stay. Everything was clean and the place was cozy. We especially loved the garden area. Kitchen was well equipped and with a bigger fridge to store your groceries. Host was super friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms, Nicole was very friendly and gave us lots of advice to enjoy our stay. She kindly kept our luggage until our flight and even called us a taxi to the airport

Great location Beautifully clean and good value Double room booked and although our bathroom was very small we had a lovely balcony Local bakery nearby to purchase breakfast - large communal kitchen which is well equipped with kitchen utensils

The location of the stay is wonderful, not far from Pisa San Rossore station and in the shadow of the Tower of Pisa. On arrival Nicole, the host, is a very friendly first face to meet. The facilities are more than adequate, very clean and tidy with a large bed. As a guest house, it is well done-up and modern with a homely feel. A lovely experience and would highly recommend, especially at the listed price. Great value.

a coffee in the garden started the day off perfectly, the bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. plenty of storage and the bathroom was lovely. very clean hotel. host was wonderful, location ideal. air conditioning fantastic.
