Everything. We had an opportunity to park our car in the private yard, we got a huge room and a free bottle of really good wine. Also, the breakfast was amazing! Awesome place to stay in Pisa.

Superb location for access to leaning tower of Pisa. Great parking facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast had great choice of food. Overall a very good stay.
