We had an amazing stay at this place! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed, which made my experience even better. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start the day! The location is also fantastic—close to all the main attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb, amazing stay, Luca and his lady staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, the room was more than expected. Bed was a joy to sleep in. Breakfast had a great variety of options. And just a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower Would always come back here.

We were upgraded to a triple room, as we needed twin beds. The room is spacious, very nice decorated, with fridge, kettle, complimentary bottles of water. Good wifi. Well heated (in february). Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good (cereals, jam, ham, cheese, croissants, cakes, coffee, juice, egg) Very, very close to the tower.

Closeness to Pisa & Pisa S, Rossore train station. Self check in, if you arrive after reception is unmanned. Clear instructions on how to enter building.
