I would like to begin by expressing my heartfelt thanks to Frederico and his wonderful team at Agriturismo La Pisana. My friend and I had an absolutely delightful and comfortable stay, made even more memorable by the warm hospitality we received. Everyone was so kind and helpful, which made our experience truly special. One particular instance stands out on the day of our departure. My friend and I were struggling to find a taxi to the airport, and the situation was becoming quite stressful. However, Frederico, with his usual kindness, offered to drive us to the airport himself if we couldn’t secure a taxi in time. We were incredibly grateful for his generosity, which eased our worries and made us feel well cared for.The atmosphere at the hotel was simply perfect. We enjoyed refreshing drinks from the bar along with delicious ciabatta sandwiches, which we were pleasantly surprised to learn were made with ingredients grown in Frederico’s own gardens. Even the olive oil was from their own olive farm! Relaxing by the pool with such fresh and flavourful food was a highlight of our stay. The snacks and drinks were all very reasonably priced, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable our final bill was, especially considering the quality of the food. All the facilities were impeccably clean, with maids coming in every morning to tidy up our room, ensuring everything was spotless. Getting into Pisa Centrale was also very convenient, with taxis costing only around 15-20 euros—an excellent price given the hotel’s peaceful location just outside the city centre. Agriturismo La Pisana is ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life while still having the comfort of knowing the city is nearby. The setting is idyllic, with beautiful mountain views and charming local shops adding to the appeal. We also had a lovely experience at a nearby grocery store, La Bottega del Goloso, where the staff offered us some complimentary bakery treats.

A wonderful place just 10 minutes from Pisa, where you can enjoy a farm with tradition, an extraordinary swimming poolsurrounded by laures, cypresses and pines, jazz, the smile and good mood of the host, Natalia, a tasty and refinated breakfast or a bike ride in a magical landscape. Also, in the evening, you can eat the best food in Italy, a joy for your tummy, at Controcorrente restaurant, near the Agriturismo La Pisana. An experience that deserves the retreat!

Pool was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to stay by the pool after checkout until we left for the airport. The bathroom was big and the bed was comfy.

A beautiful place with an amazing mountain view. People who work there are naturally open-hearted. Rooms have the cool toscanian style (but bathroom is modern), are cleaned regularly and also fresh towels are given. The swimming pool is incredibly clean; you can use it also in the evening and enjoy colorful lights in it. You can order great drinks and some food at the bar next to the swimming pool and in the morning there is a breakfast with fresh bread, cheese and different kind of ham/prosciutto etc. and also many types of coffe and juices are included. The bus stop is 7 minutes by foot (walk with a nice view) and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center of Pisa. Strongly recommend! Veronika&Aneta
