The property is modern, exorbitantly clean, and the location is just perfect if you're into strolling along the shore and like to decide whether you're in the mood for people or silence. Breakfast service is convenient and the staff was very accommodating (if you're vegan you should maybe talk to them beforehand, I'm on a vegetarian diet when traveling, so I had no issues). Can recommend, especially in the off season!

We truly enjoyed our stay over the long weekend. Great location, sea view, fine room condition with comfy bedding, well-equipped kitchen, kind& attentive staff, convenient parking.. I could go on!:)

Everything! Size of the room, Well laid out kitchenette, large comfortable bedroom. Large shower room. Location very close to the sea & Piran. Check in very quick & staff were very helpful.

Let me tell you about Piran! Before you enter this town, you have to get a parking ticket. If you spend more than 15 minutes strolling inside Piran, when you exit, it's 5 euros per hour 😅. The staff at this hotel told us that only residents of Piran can park inside for free. I was amazed! Anyway, this apartment is near the entrance of Piran where you get the ticket to enter this old town! It's nearby everything. Luckily, we got the room with the balcony, which is the only one! 🥲 And the view was of the sea. The parking for guests is outside Piran, which is 300 meters away. So we just entered the hotel to drop our things and then went back outside the city before 15 minutes. This hotel has everything we need, and it's brand new; the air conditioning was amazing! The room was clean! Perfect!

We enjoyed the seafront view on the Adriatic Sea and the proximity to the center of Piran. We appreciated having a parking close by.
