Reception staff were a standout in terms of helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism, especially Nicos and Paris - they didn't hesitate to provide superb assistance in contacting our taxi driver in a stressful moment when I realised I had left my phone in his cab. The closeness to all shops, the Ferry, bus and Metro was great. The view of the harbour and the church (with its melodious bells chiming at Mass times) was a welcome bonus.The rooms were very modern and clean.

Excellent location, walkable to the subway station and the port, everything you need is around. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, warm inside - it was quite cold outside during our trip. Yannis, the gentleman from the reception was really helpful and answered to all our questions.

I happened to arrive earlier than the check in time and they upgraded my room in order to not wait for so long. The room was really beautiful, the bed big and comfortable and the bathroom clean. I liked the view from the balcony. The breakfast had many options to choose from which was appreciated. The location of the hotel is in the city center, close to transportation, supermarkets and the port. The stuff was really helpful, kind and easy to talk to.

Good overnight stay for catching a ferry to the islands. Close to the centre of town for a look around and dinner and only a short walk to the ferries. Friendly staff and comfortable facilities.
