Unexpectedly wonderful hotel in the very heart of Piraeus. I checked-in earlier and was surprised to be given a higher category room. The personnel are all so very helpful, friendly.. Definitely a hidden gem!

All staff are very polite. Especially a gentleman that works in the afternoons/evenings. I have not encountered such a polite and helpful person in the majority of hotels I have stayed around the UK and Europe. The hotel is very lucky to have him.
