The maintenance of the property is very poor. Our room had a bathroom door that did not close due to bad fitting thus preventing privacy in the bathroom. The air conditioning did not work and after complaining about the high temperature in the room, we were told to open the large window (as the air conditioning only gave out heat). The window did not operate correctly and when we eventually got it open, it exposed us to an open aperture at height as we were in the third floor Also a small point of no plug in basin. Therefore no checks had been made prior to visitors being allocated the room

It was a convenient and unexpensive stop. Quite near some shops were we bought some good clothes. The neraby gym was excellent for a brief workout.

Location after getting lost in Madrid.excellent dinner. Staff were so friendly, and helpful. Really comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet at night. Good and varied choices at breakfast.
