The place was clean and the person at reception was very lovely and helped us get our Dollywood tickets (which were at a reduced rate through the hotel).

We appreciated the very good attitude and service of a staff who recently moved to Super 8 from another State, although he himself is originally from Jamaica. He helped dissipate our frustration at the difficulties to find the hotel

Great location, close to the entrance of the Smoky Mountains Sugarlands visitor center. Most staff are very friendly. Breakfast included.

Breakfast was adequate. Property is pet-friendly and that is a huge point in favour of families with pets Rooms were as advertised. Check-out was a breeze. Staff at the front desk are very friendly.

I'd booked 3 rooms for a 3-night stay whilst on our Tennessee road trip. Though I'd made two separate bookings, they accommodated us with all 3 rooms next to each other. The rooms were a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful. A hot breakfast was provided in the morning which was very tasty. The location was perfect for all the local attractions. I recommend this place to stay. Great value.
