Great location to start your day in any direction !! Parking was adequate. Pool was a little chilly outside but pool inside was clean and quiet for September. Kind of a funky set-up for breakfast and room was tiny. Spartan style of breakfast but it met our needs. Elevator was a nice touch. Staff was very helpful. After Helene hit the area it took a few days but they returned my 2 days as quickly as they could considering the circumstances

We stayed here for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. This is the perfect location due to being on the strip and also easy access to the LeConte Center. Excellent value for the money.

Location was perfect for the day activities we did. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff was amazing to deal with as we spent a week there. Breakfast was amazing with both warm and cold food and drinks. 2 Pools made it so much fun for the kids, weather didn't effect the kids pool time and the slide was a big hit.

Location was great, and I’m sure the pool would have been great to use if it wasn’t full of kids. Luck of the draw I guess.
