This is a newly established facility , inwas so proud with the service that my mother and I received. Though I can't recall the name of the lovely woman we found at reception she was phenomenal the actual ambassador and true description of what customer service is.

The area is very convenient, neat and beautiful. The staff service is superb, at Reception and kitchen.

Very close to the bus station. Perfect for an overnight stay if you're traveling through Pietermaritzburg. Communications before we arrived were excellent. Our bus arrived very late and the staff kept in touch with us until we arrived. Free breakfast included in the rate was quite good.

Location Best if you have come for Comrades marathon. It's central to everything anyways. I requested to wait in the restaurant part opposed to reception since I came too early for check in and eventually got 12:00 free early check in when the rooms became ready. The staff were super friendly, I could see how all quests were treated.
