Silence place, very well equiped appartment, perfect arrangement of rooms for families with kids, good travel distance for skying in Kaprun or Zell am See. Very friendly owner.

The Property is in a great spot. There is a small shop nearby. It is just about next to the main road with a lot of parking spaces available. It is also a very calm location at night. There are 4 big skiing centers within a 30 min car drive distance. The owner is a very nice person. Chech-in and check-out went very smoothly. She was also very helpful with tips about the area. Rooms were very spacious, very well equipped, and with enough social space area (living room) for us to have fun in the evening after skiing days. We had altogether a very nice time. The only thing missing from the perfect spot for winter skiing vacations is sauna.
