Stunning views in Pienza, just outside city centre. Hotel grounds are well kept, rooms are spacious and bathroom very large. A cute fox on the property!

We had been at Borgo Sant'Ambrogio unfortunately just for one day, but we could only say the best words for everything: spectacular views, nice apartment, good food and wine, kind staff... all the best. Hopefully, we will come again....

The hotel has great view with a nice restaurant which offers good breakfast and dinner which is quite convenient giving the distance to the nearby town. It's nice for the hotel to provide heating in late Oct. but we feel the room was too warm.

Breakfast was great! Rooms were comfy and the receptionist was nice and helpful. We had a very nice room. The environment was nice and quiet.

Beautifully maintained characteristic resort set in the stunning countryside of Val d’Orcia. The room was not large but comfortable and impeccably clean with a little outdoor table & chairs just outside the door. The restaurant courtyard had a lovely view and the vast selection at breakfast was freshly made and the coffee very good. We were greeted each morning by a very friendly woman, possibly the owner as she seemed to be overseeing service. Dinner was served out in the open courtyard as well and the pool had loungers and a view to die for. All in all a very pleasurable stay and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a quality country resort in beautiful peaceful surrounds. We booked early and it was excellent value for money.

We loved the location and the grounds and pool were fantastic, everything was beautifully kept. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was large with a good shower. The breakfast was a very good selection and plentiful. Nice to see scrambled eggs and bacon available for a change from pastries, ham and cheese.

The terrace in front of the room with a great view into the valley, with the olive trees absolutely beautiful. The pool was very refreshing with a nice view. Nice breakfast and really very friendly and supportive staff. Definetly to be mentioned the charging spots (2) for EVs without costs made our stay perfect
