The hotel owners are very nice. Nice food. Fast and smooth communication. Good location which we can reach car rental within 2 mins by foot. Clean and new facilities. Quiet and comfortable room. 5 stars hotel!

Everything was perfect! Great location, within walking distance of the town of Pienza. There were some hiccups during check-in because we only had a SIM card with internet and needed to make a phone call, but we figured it out!

The place is very serene and only a few minutes by car from Pienza. The room was very clean, spacious and had a Tuscan charm. The breakfast was also very good. Parking is in the property.

The facilities are reasonable in an old building. Comfortable beds and ok bathroom. Nice location. Breakfast good and friendly staff. Could do with a bar/cafe open in the evenings.

Perfect location, walkable to Pienza and very peaceful. Room was a good size, very clean and bed and sofa comfortable. Very good air conditioning. Clean linen provided. Natural swimming pool, nice for a quick dip after a hot day walking but didn't like spending too much time in it. Ample sunbeds and clean and in good condition. Fresh bottled water provided every day. Useful working fridge.

Lovely setting but close to road with a lot of traffic so we only stayed 1 night Close to Pienza which was good
