Hostel Overview

Tombstone Motel, Lodge & Backpackers features elevated views of Picton Harbour and the surrounding mountains. It is situated just a few minutes walk from the Bluebridge ferry terminal and within a 15-minute walk from Picton Railway Station and the Inter Islander ferry terminal.

Delicious scones for breakfast. Funny entrance. Good instructions after booking what to do for late check-ins. The view from the room (ferries & Sounds). Good shower. Note I had a private room.

Great place to stay, delicious homemade scones for breakfast and everything we needed for our stay and more ( pool table, spa pool, books, games etc.).It was only a short stay, but we would definitely come back.

Lovely place in a good location ( also close to running tracks ) with good facilities( loved the pool billard and hot tub option- breakfast was great as well). We did arrive very late and had a little room hick up but Garry was super lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable 😊. Absolutely appreciated!! We had an awesome stay and were actually quite keen to go back a few days later if it wasn't booked out lol.

Located very close to the ferry terminal. Great facilities and clean and friendly. I stayed in a door room which was clean with plenty of storage space

All the reviews are right. We had two family rooms at a great price. the two rooms slept 8 all together. Each room with ensuite.A lovely place with lots of facilities including a mini gym table tennis boardgames spa. many pretty outdoor places to sit and enjoy the view. Kitchen was the best at any backpackers we have been to - well equipped, clean and super functional. Entire place was well run, very clean and friendly. Loved the tombstone door and many sofas for relaxation.
