I stayed for luck in this hostel because I lost my bus to Nelson, everything was full and suddenly I found a free room so it was my only option. But it was a perfect experience. The room was spacious and very clean, beds are made of wood, the mattress is very comfortable. I did the check out at 10 but I stayed in the common areas until the departure of my bus. I liked this place so much.

Allowed late checkout as arrived in early morning on the ferry. Comfortable bed that seemed clean. Good location.

Located near to the centre of Picton. Breakfast included (Make yourself) Backpackers accomodation, basic but included everything you needed. Very friendly staff

been pleasantly greeted after hours by staff member who was very accommodating and lovely, really appreciated it as we travelled over 4 hours. they accommodated the late arrival as well as the very early departure for the ferry.

It was convenient getting out of the ferry quite late on a sunday evening. Lot of space to park safely the car in the street.

Staff pleasant and very helpful. They provided lockers for security of possessions. Kitchen requirements well met. Pleasant dining and relaxing areas. Heaters in dormitory rooms and extra bedding available. Comfortable bed. Security code for late return gave peace of mind.

A really pleasant, friendly and relaxed stay at good rates and good clean facilities, also a free breakfast thrown in as well. Added to that, we were taken back to the bus station ready for our onward journey. We would certainly be happy to stay here again.
