Comfortable Flat. Fantastic town position and views in a lovely Pickering. Easy car parking in rear yard. Some internal stairs, perhaps 20 from rear car park door to flat. OK for us. I expected exterior stairs so was relieved were inside building. Furnishings and furniture lovely, kitchen and lounge were perfect. Bathroom comfortable. Fastidiously clean people's. Loved reading the accurate Church Clock all the way up the hill visible even at night. Washing machine was easy. Train Station across the road left side and Retail across the road and outstanding Church at the top of the hill a must visit. It’s very special. Everything there easily. Very pretty town.
