Unfortunately the owners can't do much about it but it's such a shame that this property lies on a main road with very early morning traffic going past - perhaps the main bedroom layout could be changed round, so that the bed is not near the front window. Also blackout linings for the main bedroom curtains would certainly help with sleep, especially in the summer months Other than that, this cottage is an absolute gem and a pleasure to stay in.

The Cottage was nice and clean, tastefully decorated. Location within very close proximity to Pickering. Easy to do shopping.

Useful information before arrival. Comfortable and well equipped cottage, great location, convenient parking. The starter tea, coffee and milk were appreciated. The bedroom faced a busy road but the secondary glazing minimised the noise.
