Very friendly and helpful staff! The location of the hotel is pretty far from center (with taxi is around 10min). Hotel is very clean, has a great breakfast. Would recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern touches. The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t want to leave! The hotel is also in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in town!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the ease of check-in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole process quick. The hotel was very beautifully with spotless rooms and common areas. The cleanliness was on top, and it was clear that the management takes pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. My room was not only clean but also comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay.

It is a central location but extremely crowded point for car. Thanks to the young lady Mss Bela, in reception reception she issued the invoice and mailed me in same day.

from the minute, I arrived at the hotel to the mini I left the staff. There were just amazing especially the two lady to the two gentlemen on the front desk Sarah and her team doing an amazing job. I stay many hotels around the world and can stay wherever I like, but this one just felt like I was at home and nothing was too much for them from organizing taxis to telling me where to eat, sorting things out nothing was a problem for these people

I loved that the room was very big and clean. The bathroom was nice as well, no complaints at all. The price was also very good for my one night stay, it's a place you should consider staying in my opinion if you want to visit Tirana for a few days, nothing wrong with this place.
