Very nice hostess, wonderful breakfast. Interesting and isolated location (only if you have a car). It was a good value for money for one quiet night outside the city

Quiet and rural( you need a car). No nonsense. Accommodated our request for earlier breakfast. We had to drive over a muddy road the day before and they allowed us to use water to clean the car. ( hosepipe). I also got a potted plant as a present!

Quiet neighbourhood, nice view to the hills. Breakfast is mostly home-made cakes and desserts - magnificent! Villa Romana del Casale is very close.

The room and bathroom were charming and very clean. The farmstay had a great atmosphere with wonderful views and very helpful, friendly staff.
