Breakfast is amazing, they bring it to you, when nice weather, its outside. We have a little walk with our dog everytime we arrive, along the fields, at night small rabbits greet us, haha. So calm and lovely and amazingly smelling.. Paradise for the eyes and all your senses. Kind, lovely and smiley owners.

No problem with late check out, incredible breakfast, incredible place, beautiful, just beautiful, not only the place, but the people, dogs, everything. Came with a dog - big one, czechoslovakian wolfdog, there was no problem. Spent there one night on the way to Spain and then one night on the way back to Czech republic and it was just splendid. I would come for a week. Also its incredibly calm and quiete there, but the city is just 2 km away so if you need anything, you just hop on your car and you go.

We just love love love this place... Were here already 4 times. Our lovely stop in Italy, close to Piacenza. Splendid breakfast, amazing humans, lovely dog friends :D Hopefully next year we are back again.

Friendly helpful owners. Comfortable room. Immaculately clean. Great location/views. Ideal if you have a dog. Superb breakfast. We liked the fact there was tea/coffee & cold bottled water & supplies available for the room. Great local restaurants recommended by the owner.

The apartment had plenty of space. It was laid out over three floors. Spacious living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Large toilet and shower room and living area with sofa bed and cupboards on the first floor. Large double bed (very comfortable) and cupboard on the second floor (or mezzanine to the first floor). Extremely friendly and helpful welcome from Mario and Paola, who were wonderful. We were also well looked after by their son, Alessandro, while they were briefly not on site. Breakfast was good, they provided us with just what we requested, at the agreed time, sat out in a pleasant courtyard. We highly recommend this place.

Super friendly staff, modern and comfortable room, very quiet location a bit outside of the city but easy to reach. The breakfast served in the courtyard was just extraordinary, with homemade bread and jam, eggs to your liking, ham and cheese, yogurt and muesli…. I’d come back anytime.

An outstanding property in a lovely rural location. The interactions with the owners was delightful. Our room was spacious and well appointed, good bathroom. Breakfast was taken outside and was excellent - the fried eggs with salt and herbs was to die for, I know they were just two fresh fried eggs but the taste was so good. A lovely place to stay with great hosts.

A beautiful, uniformly decorated hotel located on the territory of a working farm. Calm, quiet place, suitable for a one-night stay or for a trip out of town. Breakfast is well served and prepared to order.

Very nice and warm atmosphere. A family business with very kind people. Although we arrived quite late in the evening we were warmly welcomed. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. Breakfast is made by them with their own handmade products and served in their wonderful garden. Large parking space. We only stayed one night as we were passing through the area, wish we could have stayed longer.
