I stayed in one of the smallest rooms. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. It included 2 bottles of water, beach towel, kettle, coffee, tea and free breakfast!! It was 15 min walk to the Beach and 10 min walk to the night market. Great and safe location. The pool was reñaxing

Great little property right in the heart of Kata, close to all amenities and the beach with decent sized rooms and modern TV’s allowing for apps like Netflix and Amazon prime TV. The property is quiet and peaceful and staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was delivered at night to room, was ok but no quite what we expected but then we are big on breakfasts. The staff and location make this place good value for money
