Staff from the reception, two girls they where verry friendly and help full, they called for as an ambulance and came together with medical personal to help us. Next day they even called us in the room and asked if we are ok and if we need something. All other staff from restaurant, bar, housekeping was also verry friendly and welcoming. Service was just perfect.

Needs to booked a taxi for the bars and restaurants but has a lovely cafe next door 7eleven across the road and a huge shopping center around the corner also a fast laundry 2 hour only quick service

Daily room service was provided. There’s a 7/11 & breakfast cafe near by. Staff are very friendly. Walking distance to the shopping centre Local food and fruit stands near by Exchange currency points The excursion lady was very nice and friendly. Love her 24h Laundry service available near by No mosquito disturbance

Great location, close to the mall and the local bus stop if you wanna explore the island. Good breakfast and clean rooms.

Great location if you’re into shopping, 10 mins walk to Central Phuket, good cafes and amenities near by. 7/11 only 1 minute walk. You Will have to catch a ride into old town, otherwise walking is 30-40 minutes. Hotel is clean and well staffed. Definitely recommend.

The location is very good. It’s a stone’s throw from central Floresta which is a massive shopping centre. It’s 1 minute to 7 eleven and coin laundry. Staff is exceptionally good. The staff at the reception as well as at the restaurant are so brilliant, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and room is cleaned daily.

Comfortable beds. Appreciated the daily cleaning, bathroom essentials, safe, fridge & the complimentary daily water etc, shuttle tuk tuk to & from the mall. Beautiful relaxing pool deck & 24hr gym access. Lovely great value meals in the lodge cafe & or room service. 24hr security made us feel safe. 7/11 store & laundrette not 5mins walk away along with the best thai massage above chemist.

Rooms are comfortable, modern & large. Front office, bar & restaurant staff are all very friendly, helpful & polite. The food restaurant menu, although quite limited, has improved.

Nice pool area. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to the Central mall but a shuttle was provided if needed. Very clean comfortable room.
