The buggies, the drivers for them, the amenities and the breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL! I’ve never seen buggies taking you to your room, so this hotel providing that was a very unique experience. The staff at the breakfast were very sweet and always attentive. Breakfast had a great variety of options, and with a great view you genuinely didn’t need to leave to go out and eat. The Room was AMAZING, beyond my expectations, everyday the cleaning staff made the bed so well, cleaned the room leaving it spotless as usual. They gave complimentary cake for a birthday set up for free, it was delicious. The private dinner was very romantic and the chef WAS SO GOOD AND HUMBLE, he deserves everything! I loved this hotel and miss it so much, it’s such a great stay.

The staff was helpful and smiling but the English communication could have been better. I required an invoice from the property (since I was on a business trip) and I had to go back and forth for over half of an hour because I had reserved the hotel through Booking.com and the prices were not the same. The hotel was nice but a bit dated, breakfast good but very repetitive and the restaurant choices quite limited . The Thai restaurant in the hotel was incredibly good (our compliments to the chef) but the food of other 2 restaurants was horrid. We had the room with access to the pool and it was cleaned every day but we could see the room next door and they had daily fresh flowers and towel arrangements from the cleaning staff, service that was not provided to our room. It made us feel left aside and questioning the reason - this was not our first trip to Thailand or Asia and in every single 4 or 5* establishment that we went this service was provided. There is a very small beach next to the hotel that is a nice addition but except that, the overall location is nothing to write home about, very isolated. A good surprise were the free shuttles offered daily by the hotel to the Old Town and to Patong Beach. The Spa treatment was bad, overpriced and the interior was foul smelling (damp and rotten linen stench that impregnated towels, bathrobes and sheets) really the opposite of a relaxing experience. The trips proposed by the hotel were ridiculously and unjustifiably overpriced (almost 3 times more for exactly the same conditions, ships and trips. If you visit long enough you will see that literally everybody in Phuket proposes the very same few things at very different prices so better save your hard earned money instead of paying the triple just because you reserved your trip at the hotel instead of downtown or on the Internet. I heard the hotel was bought by a different owner. I hope they will fix the problems because there is a lot of potential that goes to waste.

Superb views, lovely quiet tropical gardened large property. Unique ! Pleasant reception. A retreat resort with.own beach, gym . As always , pleasant staff and good service .

The property is a little older as other people have mentioned and in need of an update but it is taken care of, the grounds were well manicured, the view is incredible the staff is so friendly and helpful. The pools were great and always stocked eith clean towels. The buffet was rhe bwst we had.The spa is top
