The staff was really nice and efficient, room service would take less than 15 mins to come in after ordering and they were really accommodating. The room were really big and the bedding furniture really confortable, the balcony sink was a nice addition and the bathroom was really spacious as well, a great room for the value, we really recommend S.B.Living Place !

The room was huge. :) It also included a private balcony with a sink and running water. The property had a front and back street access. It was a 10 minutes walk to Old Town and the neighborhood had good local restaurants which were on the cheaper side compared to Old Town. The staff were helpful. Bonus point, the lobby had a massage chair and a swimming pool that did not smell like chlorine.

Firstly I liked all the staff who were all very polite and helpful. Particularly the kind lady Mind on reception who helped me get a wonderful room. The rooms are large with ensuite bathrooms. It is also a useful balcony area with an outdoor sink. I was travelling through so great for rinsing through some clothes. You also get access to a large brilliant equipment gym and swimming pool. Although there is a good pool at the hotel.

Good location for old town as long as you can ride a bike. Enjoyed the gym and the pool.

The gym and pool were great and it’s in a fairly ok location. The rooms were huge and spacious

Staff were very friendly and helpful when I first checked in, had drainage issues on my balcony which was sorted the same day when I pointed it out, spacious and clean room great value for money , free gym and pool too for guests who stay!

This hotel must have seen some glory days 20 years ago but now it looks and is old with not so much maintenance going on. If you don't have any other choice it's ok but it's pricey for what it provides. The staff can't speak English very well (as in all Thailand) We had purchased a room with a view, and instead we got a view of the inner stairs. We asked to change but couldn't understand each other. Also something for booking to learn: don't add things with extra costs that don't exist!
