The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to help us and offer help. We could not be happier- the staff were like family members!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming however, one of the nights, we went down to reception to buy water and staff were sleeping in the back. Despite us ringing the bell, the staff did not wake so we couldn't buy water. The decor of the room was nice although the overall finish of the hotel is rushed so there are a lot of imperfections which bring it down. We enjoyed the fried rice and pasta at breakfast although the breakfast itself was cold and there was very little choice. The hotel were extremely flexible around checking out which was great as our next hotel would not have been ready until 2pm. For 500 B we were able to stay an extra 2 hours. The washing machines were accessible for 24 hours a day; this was great as it allowed us to wash during the night avoiding walking with our things in the hot sun. Although the dryer option on the machines don't work so we had to hang them on the chairs outside our room. If clothing racks were available this would solve this issue.
