Everything was just perfect - the Villa, the location, the food and drinks, the Spa and activity program … everyone at the resort gave more than their best to make us feel so heartfelt welcome and special. They helped us with every tiny bit we asked of and more - so thank you to everyone to make this a special experience to us. We will definitely come back.

The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.
