We stayed in the one bed villa, which felt like a real treat. Breakfast was served outside by the river and was really fresh and tasty. The owner can speak amazing English and helped us book a tuk tuk tour and a boat trip. Would recommend.

1) characterful, comfortable accommodation in a peaceful green environment. 2) good bed, good bedding. 3) Netflix, smart speaker, YouTube 4) engaged owner who was very helpful regarding trips, restaurants and tuk tuk drivers.

I literally like the service and the staffs, The owner duke reached out to me proactively prior to my trip, and perfectly answered all my questions plus sharing good tips, I was warmly welcomed by staffs upon arrival, the onsite staffs speak limited English, but actually it doesn’t matter at all, basic communication could be handled with the help of translation app, and you could always reach out to Duke via WhatsApp, all things were settled smoothly and well. On the first day, duke facilitated a Tuk-Tuk for me, and I did a bit of explorations to attractions located a bit farther, the next day, I was offered the bike from the residence and I did a bike tour to all the attractions in the town centre. Breakfast was very good, I had a really big breakfast that morning .The residence is very Thai style with a beautiful and manicured. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

Beautiful location on the river. Lovely gardens. Friendly host that helped us see all the attractions we wanted. Very large rooms. Nice big breakfast. We wished we stayed longer. Highly recommended.

Phuttal Residence is a delightful and peaceful spot for a stay in Ayutthaya. Duke and his team helped us plan our trip, including a boat ride, dinner and temple visits, and they all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spacious and had lots of lovely architectural touches. Breakfast by the river was great.

We had an excellent stay here. Lovely host, great breakfast (both continental and Thai), beautiful large room. Parking space in front of the building. Free bikes at your disposal to visit the many temples in the area.

Our room was very special, raised up and the balcony overlooking the river. The room has a lot of character and charm. We were also able to use their bikes free of charge.
