I liked the location, the breakfast, and that they had an elevator. The beds were comfortable, and our room had a balcony overlooking the countryside and mountains.

Huge room, with basic amenities. Location is good, right in the centre of Phong Nha town. Breakfast on the rooftop ensures beautiful views, staff was friendly.
