The interiors made of wood, and the beds were comfortable. Phượng was very kind and helpful. The view from the homestay is beautiful.

Location on the river is beautiful - it is about a 5-10 minute walk to where most of the shops and stores are, so it’s really nice and relaxed around the homestead. Phuong, the receptionist/concierge, was amazingly kind & helpful, and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. Food is great too!

A really great experience. The property is quite unique. Rooms spread over a couple of different levels. The twin rooms are quite bespoke on the upper level and all are pitched roof rooms. The deluxe doubles are converted shipping containers! All have private bathrooms with showers. The property backs directly on to the river. So most rooms have a waterfront view. The family who run it were very friendly and attentive. The included breakfast was simple but great and brilliant value. An omelet, fried eggs or scrambled eggs all cooked to order so very fresh Free bikes, paddle boards and scooters for rent

This was an absolutely beautiful property engrossed by nature. It felt luxury while also surrounded by the beautiful rustic views. Highly recommend staying here. It’s one of my favorite stays (if not my favorite) in the past 2 months of traveling Asia.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Got a room with a great view where we could see the valley river while laying in bed. Great staff who are always friendly and helpful. Levi who handled all the communication and his Mom, Kim who did most of the cooking. Although she doesn't speak much English she'll always greet you with a "Hello!". Use a translator app to talk to her, she's very nice. You can book all your activities through them and even settle just at the hotel which is very convenient. They also accept card payment. Its walkable distance from the Phong Nha boat station. You could even use free to use bicycles to get around if needed. There are a few marts around where you can get everything you need for your stay and also many local eat spots to try out. They'll guide you on the location for the same. I would suggest booking the Elephant Cave and Mada valley trek. Its a bit physically intense, but if you're up for it, it's well worth it. Shared kitchen facilities, so you can cook your meals if you want. Feel free to ask them for anything you need as they are willing to help and are very accommodating. Would recommend this place to other travellers looking for an affordable stay with nice staff.

Nice location right on riverfront, breakfast included in price, free bikes to use, helpful receptionist. They helped book our tour of the caves which was great. Plenty of local recommendations for restaurants. I imagine this place is lovely in summer with paddle boards to use and right on the riverfront.
