The staff was amazing! Our bus arrived early at 4am and they woke up and cleaned a room for us so we could check in early. They had a quick laundry service and helped us extend easily. They booked a bus for us and made sure we got picked up on time.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The owner and her family is really helpful and can help you with organising everything in Phong Nha - scooter or bicycle rental, laundry, bus booking and tour booking. The service is great and with good price. The location is excellent right in the centre of Phong Nha. Highly recommended.

Very affordable private room in Phong Nha. Beds are big and comfortable. AC and fan in the room helps to keep it cool. Would recommend.

Nice location on the main road. Big room and big bed. The lady also proposed to book our trip to Danang and it was cheaper than online!

Large, very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. As my bus was delayed they let me keep my room 4 hours later than the check out time. Highly recommend.
