We had a little misunderstanding regarding repayment,hotel owner realising the over charge after I left for Hoi An, promptly refund by transferring money to hotel owner in Hoi An so I only had to pay the difference for my Hoi An stay. I was amazed she work out a way to refunding my money. Thank you so much ☺️. Oh forgot to mention her husband picked me up from my 4 am arrival 🫶

The owners are so welcoming and friendly. They picked us up from Phong Nha centre when we were stuck and took us to the home stay. The family planned our trip to the caves and the gardens with the ducks. It has been a pleasure to stay with these people. Rooms spacious and big enough. Would recommend

The breakfast was really good: I recommend a chicken pho! Beds are nice and the place is in a quite part of town with two very cute dogs!

My stay was great and comfortable. The place is well run and maintained by a family, and I could also communicated with them as well as other foreign visitors there. The price was very affordable and already included breakfast for me. So that's a big plus for making me want to return there if I re-visit Phong Nha. Besides, I forgot my item at the fridge, and their staff was willing to go to the town center and asked the bus driver to give it to me in Dong Hoi city on that day. Their enthusiasm is much appreciated.

Okay location although quite far from tam coc if you plan on spending much time there will need taxi/bike. Lovely staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room.

Waaaw! It was perfect! The host is so friendly, she will help you with al your questions. She arranges a lot of things for me! I arrived with the bus at 11pm and she gave me a pick-up.

Great location, very clean and comfortable rooms. Our host was extremely helpful and gave us very good recommendations for caves to visit which had the right amount of difficulty for us. Free bikes to explore the local area were an added bonus. Really looking forward to returning to see more of an amazing part of the country.
