Staff was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us to organize the transport from Hue to the hotel and from the hotel to Ninh Binh the day after. They also organized a tour for us and the food they serve in the structure is delicious. Lastly, having breakfast with a view on the river was a blast!

The husband and wife owners provided an expectional service. The husband came and collected me at 2am from the bus station, when I had called him fast asleep! Such a nice guy! Few days before I even arrived, the husband was very patient answering all my questions about the caves and the tour options.. He managed to get me onto the tour I wanted and ensured all ran smoothly. Even coming to collect me from the Caves once I was done. The breakfast was delicious and simple, with beautiful views of the river.

Incredible value for money for visiting the absolutely SPECTACULAR Phong Nha National Park. Gorgeous views and very peaceful (apart from a little bit of construction going on across the river). The staff were lovely and helped us book some fantastic tours of the caves, arrange our bus and airport transfer, and they even had a little shop so we could buy some trekking trousers and jacket (it was a bit colder than we anticipated in Phong Nha so we needed to stock up). Room was cool in December but they had a cosy blanket to stay warm. Breakfast was yummy. It's an easy walk to everything in town. We would definitely go back (maybe in another season though as I bet the outdoor activities are even nicer when it's sunny and warm!)
