Very helpful staff - help with booking caves tours, bus etc. Flexible to accommodate changes. Motorbike pickup available from hostel Very welcoming and friendly people at hostel.

Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff who helped us arrange night transfer and the bus. They also organize family dinner which guests can join which is a great idea to make new friends and share experience with other travellers. If we ever come back to Phong Nha, we will definitely choose Cherish House again

The girl at the reception was super nice, engaging and helpful. From picking us up to giving us elaborate recommendations on different tours from her personal experience, she was one of the nicest hosts we had in Vietnam and also had great English. They kept our luggage while being on a cave trek.

Staff were super helpful. Went above and beyond to help us with organising transport. Someone even left their earphone and they sorted recovery for them. Free use of bikes for 2 hours, 50k VND for whole day Room was spacious with nice balcony Comfortable bed Good location Big room

The property was in a really good location, a 2 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Our host absolutely made our stay there, Nhi was so friendly and helped us so much with everything including our transport to our next destination, booking tours for us and arranging drivers. There is a huge selection of tours available from the hostel. The beds are big and comfy and there is hot showers and good wifi. They organised a lovely family dinner where we got to know the other guests a lot and breakfast is included which was nice. Overall, it was a great stay and couldn’t recommend it more!

Great staff, she has deep knowledge about the cave tour, and can easily to give you advice for the tour fits your expectations, she always tries her best to help us. Her sisters are so helpful as well. Family dinner is so delicious and worth money.

Everything was great! The whole team is super friendly and accomodated all my request so well. They really try to make your stay the best possible, they early checked me into my room at 9.30am after I told them I would arrived in the middle of the night. This is a great place and I will a 100% go back!

The room is so large with comfy beds. Nhi, the receptionist - she took good care of me. She has deep knowledge of cave tours so can easily give you good advice to travel in Phong Nha. The breakfast is basic but delicious
