After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c. The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0717. Vacation Rental License Number Arizona TPT 21272237.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. “Great location, great service from Sonder, and a lovely apartment”

Great location and property was really well maintained! Loved having a kitchen which allowed me to prepare food before attending my event in downtown Phoenix, which is less than a 15 minute walk. There are also some great restaurants close by, around a 5-10 minute walk from the property! I'd highly recommend these apartments. It also felt very safe area/neighbourhood

Property was nicely furnished and a comfortable place to base ourselves for a few days in Phoenix. Facilities in the block were good - well equipped gym and pool area.
