When travelling with pets, please note that is a One-time fee $75 for stays 1-5 nights and $125 for 6 nights.We have valet parking for $42/evening. Self-parking meters are $1.50/hour, max of 2 hours. Can renew via app. Meters are free 10p-8a. Self-park garage at 1st and Van Buren, one block south of the hotel. It is $28 for 24 hours.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I truly appreciated how friendly and efficient the staff was—everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast is not only complete but also delicious. As for the location, it’s absolutely ideal. It’s within walking distance of many great restaurants and even a large grocery store for any essentials you might need. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Location, Location, Location We had a full weekend of sports planned from mountain hike, mountain biking, watching the basketball, going to see the boxing and also the football. So many great bars around the area next to the hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing 2 soft & 2 hard for each bed. Great little buffet breakfast as well.

This was the only hotel in our three week tour of the southwest that offered complimentary bottled water on check in. Much appreciated, given the 100F temperature outside. Manager was very personable. Breakfast timings were quite generous (till 10 or 11 I think) and, given it’s free, it was surprisingly generous. Liked the waffle makers.

The location was good, some minutes walking to the convention centre. The room and the bed were comfortable. We liked the gym, small but with good machines. Good breakfast included.
