Front desk was great except one gentleman on the evening shift was not pleasant to deal with. Almost rude. Bar staff and waitress excelent very pleasant to deal with. Room excelent. Facilities excelent.

Your staff are amazing. Everybody at the front desk, everyone else on the premises but I would like to give the special compliments to the lady who was amazingly kind to us in the breakfast restaurant. I believe her name is Eneida. My memory for names is terrible so I apologise if I got it wrong. The lady is kind, warm and loves people. She is also very professional as she responds to customers’ needs intuitively. This is rare in customer service and I believe it should be noticed and rewarded. She is a real gem and please inform her of our compliments. We stayed here twice, once on arrival from London and the second time just before the departure. We chose the hotel again mainly because of the above kindness we experienced. The rooms are a bit tired and in need of a bit of modernisation so it’s the people who bring the business. Thank you

Ryan at the front desk was very kind. After a long day at the airport this was especially appreciated. Room was 151 VERY clean. Bedding VERY nice! Even the sweet shuttle guy was lovely at 3:00AM on 6/3.
