My room was nice, everything worked and was clean. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and it's easy to explore the centre from here. The staff was great too. The Wifi worked well.

Booked to stay here as a layover between buses, it’s walkable from the giant ibis terminal that we needed. The staff were very welcoming and there is free coffee and water for all guests. Booked the room without a view and that is exactly what we had, but the room was spacious with lots of nice little touches. Did exactly what we needed it to do and for a very decent price.

I stayed here for 10 days. The location is great, as I was able to explore most of Phnom Penh from here. It was good value for money. There were a few negatives, but I found ways to work around them by the second day. There is no wardrobe in the room, only some hangers. There was also no table or desk, so I removed the safety box and refrigerator and used that space as my work desk. Chairs are placed outside the room, where you can sit, smoke, or just relax. If you complain about anything, the staff will either say yes or laugh. They have a limited grasp of English, so it’s best to speak slowly but assertively. For room cleaning, I tipped half a USD, and after that, the staff came to my door every day. Before tipping, it was difficult to get the room cleaned, even after repeatedly calling the reception. As for the issue with music mentioned in other reviews, I didn’t experience any disturbances during my 10-day stay.
