This hotel formerly a Palace was a little oasis in busy central Phnom Penh. The reception staff were genuinely welcoming and heloful especially the girl on the 2-11pm shift. The cafe breakfast menu has plenty of choice and the staff there are very polite and helpful. The pool we had access to on the ground floor was the perfect temperature to enjoy either before or after some sightseeing. Housekeeping and maintenance staff work discreetly and tirelessly to keep rooms and communal areas clean. Room was comfortable with plenty of storage space.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay. The staff are wonderful, caring and very friendly, the room was cleaned daily (not just bedding changed like most hotels. two pools (kids and adults, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel is the place to stay for anyone who comes visiting Phnom Phen. Will I come back and stay here? Most definitely, I am happy I have a nice place to call my base in Phnom Phen.

The location is very good close to Bassac Lane and the Royal Palace. It is situated in a calm street and has a nice swimming pool. Charming staff.

In a busy city, it’s always nice to find a quiet place like this. We got it at a cheaper rate, but even so, it was good value. You could take breakfast inside or outside in the gardens. Sadly the pool, though spotlessly clean, never received any sunlight and seemed too cold to take a dip. Really nice atmosphere with helpful staff.

We were given a room upgrade on arrival which we were really grateful for after a long day travelling. Beautiful, large room right by the cafe and pool but still quiet and private. The air con was really efficient and kept the room lovely and cool. Two great pools. It’s in a fantastic location, quiet but with good access to cafes, bars, restaurants and key sites.

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was freshly made each morning, and the hotel is just a short walk away from Brassac Lane, an area with lots of bars and restaurants. Room was a lovely size and bathroom good too.

The staff were extremely accomodating. I had a special occasion, and required extra chairs and staff were friendly and kind enough to assist in bringing the furniture to our rooms. Even during late hours, when we required any additional item; we were always quickly assisted. The location is close to royal palace and makes for an easy access to beautiful walks and museums nearby.
