Lovely new apartment building, friendly staff, very clean and modern. Stunning views of the city. Super fast wifi around the building. Plenty of things nearby but need a quick tuktuk to the main sites. Lovely views from the swimming pool and a decent gym.

Amazing rooftop pool and the bar was very reasonably priced at it too. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Good location and easy to get a tuk tuk to main areas for tourist activities

I loved that the rooms were clean with daily servicing, the hotel was conveniently located and the staff were so friendly! Big kudos to Raksa (who even loaned me some Riel when a driver wouldn’t take my USD), Deth and Kanha for being so awesome.

An excellent place! Amazing rooftop pool with great view and both sunny and shady parts for a whole day. Nice hot Jacuzzi works perfectly too. Great pool side bar offers beers and cocktails in a reasonable price. Apartment is brand new, clean and spacious. Simple kitchen good for some simple cooking. Washing machine is so handy. Good sound proof as well. Location is pretty good. Very close to the Russian market. Lucky supermarket 5 minutes walk. But Phnom Penh is not a walking city and tuktuk is so cheap and easy to go any where. So better download Grab to order tuktuk online. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. From reception to the cleaners to the bartender girls. After staying for one week we liked this place so much and we extended for another month. We enjoyed our time in PP with Parc21.

The apartment was on the 13th floor with an amazing view. Bed is Comfy and everything is new. The location is ideal for Russian market and genocide museum

Nice luxury apartment which was a break from hotel and hostels while backpacking. Very cheap. Amazing roof pool. Just a $1.5 Tuk Tuk ride away from city center . Netflix. Washing machine. 10/10
