The location was good a little far from the city but since we had booked a private van things were comfortable. The staff was friendly and good though a little more fluency in English would have helped. Breakfast was nice.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size. We enjoyed the rooftop and ground floor pools, and the drinks were a good price. The location was great for walking to many bars and restaurants, and also the starting point of our walking tour was 5 minutes away! The staff were amazing; so friendly and accommodating and had lots of advice for us!

The staff was helpful. The hotel is in a great location. You just need to get used to the fact that it might be noisy since there’s a lively party street nearby. Most attractions are within walking distance. A very nice hotel overall.

A very good location - Bassac Lane is literally around the corner. This is a street full of restaurants and music. Exceptional service from staff. I had a great massage- well worth it.

Located behind the infamous Bassac Lane, the overall location is convenient. Space is pretty basic for a hotel, but most importantly it is neat and clean! Some drivers might confuse it with Copthorne Hotel (previous name), so grab a hotel name card just incase. Mattress is firm, with 2option of pillows depending on your preference :)
