Clean and comfortable. 15min or so walk from the Royal palace. Friendly staff who helped us book transportation to the airport.

The view on the 12th floor was tremendous and we even had a balcony to sit on. The staff was very helpful and genuine, especially Tyra who was always smiling and gave us great service. Super !

Good location, a bit north of the promenade. Fabulous view overlooking the river, with the lit-up promenade on the far side & all the lit-up excursion boats wandering up & down the river. The balcony was a nice touch, & we both spent some time reading out there as the sun set & the lights all came on. Delightful! We walked towards the lovely Promenade (they're on both sides of the river) & found a delightful (OK, fancy) restaurant overlooking the river. All of the night-life, including MANY restaurants, are very close, just an easy walk away.

We loved the location of this hotel. The staff were friendly and upgraded us to a river view with a balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. The shop downstairs was a bonus. We loved staying here.

Good location with easy walk to restaurants, riverside and main attractions. Nice view over the river from balcony. Convenience store on bottom of hotel.
