The staff are really friendly and on hand to assist with anything. The pool is really nice, as is the area around it. The location is good, near to restaurants/bars and to go on trips via further away.

Room (junior suite) was really big and the staff was super kind. The bathroom was really nice too. Now I wish the room had a proper desk with electric sockets near as there's enough space. Also there's a empty space between the balcony door and the wall so I didn't feel really safe from bugs or cockroahes coming in at night but I didn't see anything in the end.

Stuff is very kind. And we were 7 min from.Independence monument, which made thins super easy for the walking tour we took. 😊 Breakfast is buffet with various choices👌

Only stayed for one night. Staff were great, location was good with restaurants and bars on the doorstep.

The staff here are just the best. They facilitated everything we needed with ease and we were always relaxed. They say "sit down, rest, we will handle it" for every request. They looked after our bags for a whole week while we were in koh rong, organised airport transfers, gave us extra checkout time, booked ferry tickets and bus rides. When we returned from Koh rong they said "welcome home" <3 <3 <3 Further more the rooms were clean, comfortable, air conditioned and with the best showers we've had in 2 months of travel. The pool was awesome. The food was tasty. Couldn't ask for more at this price point. Some other people on here leaving reviews that are scoring this place a 1 must have some kind of degenerative mental disorder or have got the wrong place... LOL

We only stayed one night but it was exactly what we needed! A central place with good facilities, comfortable beds, and a pool to cool off. The place was probably very fancy back in the day, but it is good value for money now. Even though the decor is not super fresh, the place is clean and taken care of.

Everything. Staff are awesome. Pool is great, always beds available. Bar directly by the pool, towels provided. Rooms are spacious and clean.
