Very difficult to rate the property as had different aspects to it which I have separated into good and bad. PROS Roof top pool view and restaurant is sensational! The breakfast is excellent and the staff cater to your every need. The room itself is lovely, modern and beautifully adorned.

We stayed twice in a week (3 nights and then 1 night) so Im doing 1 review for both stays . Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of the Royal palace area but close enough for a tuk tuk/walk. Amazing views from our room. Clean modern and brand new facilities and such comfortable beds. Staff were so attentive to everything we needed whether it was breaking usd notes or booking a ride to the airport they were always so happy to be able to assist. Welcoming, professional and just so so friendly. We will not stay anywhere else upon our return. Highly recommend.

A fabulous hotel and a real joy to stay there! Why? Firstly, the staff are simply excellent - so cheerful, friendly, helpful and determined to ensure our stay was memorable. Their service and personalities created such a warm ambience that we were genuinely sad to leave. Before our arrival, their communication(e.g. regarding airport collection and tours available) was truly exemplary - and this exceedingly high level of service was maintained throughout our stay, The hotel is in a great location (close to many of the main sights in Phnom Penh), the bedrooms are well designed, bright and well equipped(and spotlessly clean), have extremely comfortable beds and offer great views. The restaurant and rooftop bar on the 13th floor are stylish, offer great views and the breakfast menu choice and quality was impressive. Given the limited space available on the hotel roof for the pool, the design and layout is nevertheless attractive. This hotel is a real gem-we will definitely stay there again when next in Phnom Penh!

The staff at this hotel were amazing, they couldn’t do enough to help us and make us feel welcome. The room was very nice and modern and very clean.
