Great location price and staff. Very bad internet service, I brought it to the attention of the staff several times, they tried to help but said that only the manager had access to it, it was particularly bad at night but because the manager was asleep they couldn't do anything about it. I was forced eventually to move to another hotel.

Staff extremely helpful and polite. The only problem was intermittent and slow internet connection in my room which could not be resolved at night-time

Good location. Rooms have had a makeover and are brighter and cleaner than before. Plenty of hot water. Large comfortable bed.

Location… basic but excellent Staff so Friendly Do not book the buffet breakfast in advance plenty of restaurants to have breakfast

Near the river in the city center. Good room, everything functions, good air con. Good daily cleaning.

The location was very good. A number of restaurants providing good Khmer as well as western dishes are situated on the street. There are also many night clubs, money exchange facilities and ATMs nearby. The royal palace and Mekong river is only 10 minutes walk.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. A/c was a good bathroom ok. Representative reasonable value for money.i stopped for 5 nights, and i was pleased overall.
