The property is nicely located in the Simpson bay, good accessibility to shops, restaurants and beaches. The beaches are small yet nice! A few good restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. We had a spacious room with ocean view which was magnificent. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very friendly staff!

We spent a wonderful 11 nights at the Villas. Our room was really big with two double beds, and small kitchenette, and a his & hers sink area outside of the bathroom. The bathrooms are a little dated, but that's the only negative I have about the property. The Villas pool with swimup bar is wonderful and when that got too noisy, we made the very short walk down to the sunset beach which was picture perfect. There's so much beautiful wildlife around too. The view from the balcony is stunning. We saw turtles surfacing, frigates and pelicans hunting fish, and the local iguanas sunbathing! The location is great, with many bars and shops in easy walking distance. Also, we did the full day snorkelling trip with the onsite watersports shop, Aquamania adventures. It was an amazing day where we saw 100s of fish, turtles and stingrays. Captain Roy and Bobby were amazing guides and the lunch in Grand Case (Cynthia's Talk of the Town) was the best BBQ we had on the island. Well worth it and we'd do it again!
