We've provided a Roku for streaming.This is a central location with new development and you may experience some noise.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and the in-suite laundry room was a nice plus. The location is great, but get used to homeless people on the sidewalks.

Friendly staff and easy access to property. There was always a member of staff present when we entered or exited the accommodation. They were always courteous and helpful if we spoke to them.The common room on the 2nd floor was clean. We used the luggage lockers on the last day and then spent the last hour in the common room waiting for our taxi to the airport. It was all very convenient. Having read a few negative reviews we were concerned about the homeless around the hotel. We never felt threatened by their presence. Our room was good. There were a few stains on the bedroom carpet but nothing to get upset about.

Location was excellent, right in the middle of the city. Staff at the concierge were friendly and had good recommendations. Bathrooms and kitchen facilities had everything we needed and more.

This place is truly great! A perfect location, about 5 minutes from Jefferson station that takes you to and from the airport. The apartments are located in center city, walking distance from everything. The building is a beautiful, historical landmark and the apartments are newly renovated. I had a studio apartment with a gigantic bed, a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher. A private laundry closet, ample closet space and a spacious bathroom with a bath tub. Everything was very clean and new. I was on the 10th floor and could not hear any noise from the street. This is a busy neighborhood so they leave earplugs for you, in case you're on the lower floors.

Great location. Love the ability to bag drop and request early check in. Apartment a little dated and used but clean and comfortable. An awesome spot to stay to explore a really beautiful city.

The location was very central, walking distance to the attractions. The size of the room was very good. It was quiet so there was no need to use the ear plugs and white noise device provided. There is staffed reception and a common area.

The location is great. It’s in Philly’s Center City, close to the subway, Rittenhouse Square, the Old City, and all the necessities.
